We recommend that the manufactures service intervals are followed on all machines using genuine parts and lubricants. Manufacturers spend many hours of R&D ensuring that a machine performs to its optimum with low cost of ownership throughout ifs life. This includes regular servicing, changing filters and lubricants at the correct interval before the filter becomes restricted or the properties of the oil degrade which may result in permanent damage to more expensive parts of the machine. 

This approach ensures that machines are maintained proactively planing the servicing to suit your workload rather then being reactive waiting for a failure due to poor servicing to occur at a period when the machine is required and with unexpected cost.

Our engineers are all manufacturer trained and carry out this work regularly, they are aware of service bulletins as well as their own experience to proactively look for issues before they become an issue. As part of routine servicing we also check machine adjustments, check for error codes and were appropriate update software to improve the machines performance.

Unforeseen Repairs

As well as carrying out routine servicing and maintenance we are also fully equipped to handle unforeseen breakdowns, be it related to the engine, transmission, hydraulic system, electrical, or electronic system. We constantly invest in training, service information and special tools to make sure the repair is carried out correctly.
